Hmm I'm curious as to why you would want a full power mag with no Dex? I understand full mind mag, but power?? Anyway if you need one done, Lileye can make you one for about 4 pds or the equivalent of 4pds.

Actually, just to start a new char and equip better things right away. Just wanted to see if there was any mag like that around here, but not a real need haha. My 150POW mag could be way enough.
