The rules clearly state that the minimum bid functions as your reserve, so I would recommend you change the wording in the OP as to not skirt the rules, whether that was your intention or not. This stops your own time getting wasted, and also others'.

I don't wish to post the price at which I'd sell, else I'd sell it in a shop. My time will be wasted as much as others if it's unrealistic.

That being said, I'm happy to provide an official with a reserve price that can only be lowered (like an actual auction would function), but making it public defeats the point of an auction in the first place.

It will be locked since the OP has not taken any action to modify their thread to follow the rules.

While I am aware that users may disagree with the rules for various reasons, nobody is above the rules, and if they end up not working out they can be adjusted.
