skins . mod . problem . updates

Sorry if this thread is redundant, I couldn't find one discussing my issues. I'm new to the skins and mod scene (if you couldn't tell) and I downloaded a couple things from the https://psoskins.jimdofree.com website that I thought looked cool. Any skin I install with AFSManager doesn't work...
