It's not much different from dc pso except there are two other episodes you can play on and a ton of other quests available. Plus the forums have tons of guides to help you out with anything https://www.pioneer2.net/community/forums/guides.33/

I remember the dc days. BB is great, but the older ones still bring back the memories :)

I believe you can find the cell during the christmas event by killing a santa rappy in episode 2. Besides that the cell shouldn't be worth more than a pd or two.
