Thats fine, nothing im doing relies on the stars themselves, and changing their rarity won't affect their stats or actual drop rate, so its probably fine. This is part of the reason why I made Ep4 basically optional ;3

Nope, 13 ;3 I had to move certain items to another rarity tier for balance reasons. I know the interface doesn't display past 12, so its more like a hidden additional rarity.

Its probably safe for now, however the balance of every weapon as well as the base stats of the classes involved are very different. I'm not going to rule anything out, but I don't currently have a problem with it ;3

Interesting, I had tried changing those numbers before but nothing seemed to happen. I might experiment more with it when I have time. However since I have changed resistances so much to fit around techs, and the fact there isn't an ice damage special, I doubt even with control over the damage...
