Is Rianov-5 really a useful piece of equipment for Rangers? I mean, I know it has a reputation for being decent, but that seems to be a throwback from servers where it could combo. On this server it's listed on the wiki as a recommended piece of equiment for Rangers, and yet I have never seen...

I want to get a high stat rr, with at least 80+ dfp and 20+ evp. But so far my best is only 76/85. Other than that I'm mostly hunting non-rares with ridiculous hit, such as a hell rifle with 70+hit (my best so far is 65).
