Cool thanks, so the tp reductions stack but psycho wand will always take the full tp cost off your hp?

Been playing my Fonewm and just wondering how do multiple sources of TP reduction interact and do they affect the amount a Psycho Wand takes off your hp? Like for example say I have a psycho wand, mother garb and adept all equipped.
