Whats the best quest for unsealing? I remember there being a quest on ep4 used for leveling super fast with a lot of mobs. But I can't seem to find it nor remember it's name. Help please :]

Where can one get 'Heart of Flamberge'? It's one of the items that can use the Photon Filter of the event, but I don't seem to find info on it anywhere. Not even in the wikia, which has info on all other hearts.
