Level 29 attack techs are FAR more common (they drop in a lot more areas, and any given one is hundreds of times more common than a level 30 attack tech, even if you are hunting for a specific one) you can sell any given one at below 1 pd usually, or try sell a set. If you want to price check...

MAS is one of the older custom quests and is considered badly designed and was basically only added because there was a much smaller quest selection at the time. Its sole purpose is to level quickly and had no drops, while Towards the Future is a Sega quest, and exists to be a Boss Rush quest...
