Nix Fullscreen. I got that now. Edit- After a restart, it all started working.

I just started playing earlier, and Im finding it impossible to do a few things. I cant chat outside of mails, there are no places in options I can change the commands for it AFAIK. I cannot set Fullscreen. Any ideas?
