    Reflect UserID password length limit on account creation page

    When I created my account, I entered a password with 18 characters. But when I tried to login with this password, it didnÔÇÖt work. I think itÔÇÖs because of the maxlength of the password field in PSOBB: after a certain amount of characters (unfortunately, I didnÔÇÖt count the stars)...
