I should think a guide would depend on what stats you want on it. Getting Mylla & Youlla isn't really a problem because Ila has the same stat spread as Garuda. So you can evolve it to Ila first by simply moving it between characters.

FYI, last time I did this, I discovered the form accepts passwords that the game client does not. I'm not sure if that's been fixed by now, but if not, making the password too long or using certain special characters can make it impossible to login without a reset.

I've also noticed this myself, but like you I couldn't definitively prove anything. I thought it was possible that it was always this absurdly rare and that I must have been super lucky to have ever found Charge Arms with 50% Hit in the shop.

FYI, when a hardcore character dies, the server disconnects you. It only looks like a failed internet connection.

Are you talking about the targeting system? You're targeting your allies with your Star Atomizers. To turn it off, take Star Atomizers off your palette.
