Eh I dunno, just do random things and see what drops. Though, I'd like to actually like to *see* a Cent/Ability drop for me in BPD. I burned probably over 100 PCs over almost 2 years, and never had one drop. I know I could have just bought one obviously, but using 4-5 crystals every so often...

Got it via dumb luck, as in, the Christmas Presents we got last year, I got 1 of the 5 goodies. << --- Also, spending last years summer badges right now. Used a stack of bronze at gambler and got 2 Three Seals, but that's it. But, I was redeemed at the gold badges, and got this:
