I could see people doing that on hard mode, but for me it is too much exp to pass up on ult. Still, my question remains; Is the rare appearance 1/10?

Is Kondrieu's rate 1/10 on Ephinea or has it been altered to a lower trigger chance? I'm 25 runs in without a sighting. The server statistics show 1 rare sighting in the last 59 boss fights.

If you are playing on Ephinea's server and check the drop list: http://ephinea.pioneer2.net/drops.php?secid=3 Then yes, the drop is Caduceus 1⁄370.68 for Bluefull Astark. I do not believe the PSO-W drop rates *for episode 4* are relevant to any server (but I could be mistaken). *edit: clarification

I am all for being able to play PoD with other teams assuming they have the quest unlocked. [Like the government quests]

A fair majority of the "yes" votes are simply for minor changes to the server (more QOL) and not understanding the OP. I don't think we need a test server considering the age of this game and the offline client being available :|

Please no. DF unlock is ridiculously lame. It doesn't let anyone in a party do anything. I would like to see some small changes to some of the ep4 shamby drops. Some of them are really awful. ex: Striker Plus and Black Odoshi red.

Perhaps I am just unlucky, but could someone confirm that the purplenum drop rate for blue odoshi violet nimaidou is 1/4 from del rappy. I am 12 del rappies in solo and have seen more in parties on my ID. I have yet to see the drop, and I have personally not even seen a banner for it.

I voted no as well. Despite maining RAcl and thinking Sega could have done better balancing for her in Blue Burst. I play her to have fun not to min/max. And even though yellowboze is without a doubt the most common, and best ID on this server, I personally think things are well enough left...

Lavos - Chrono Trigger :3 There used to be a Fomar I played with on GC back on scht that was named Magus, which is also a pretty awesome character from the series.
