Sometimes it's hard to think about some people who just graduate high school and then get a job, and it's not a fantastic job, but it's enough, and they only have to work 40 hours a week to get by, and things are generally okay.
Higher education is making me dream about underachievement, and that's messed up lol
Just stay with it Cassie, when you get through it there will be a shiny paycheck waiting for you. Also, when you finally finish and have that free time you will appreciate it so much more. Are you getting MS or PhD?
I'm going for my BS right now, but eventually I'll get my PhD. I can't imagine it being worse than undergrad, though... Because I have so many THINGS to do in undergrad. If I could just do research and that's it, I'd be okay doing 70 hours a week. But there's all this bullshit I gotta keep up with. But it will all be over soon. Thanks for the support!
You got this girl, once you get past the early undergrad bullcrap and into your core classes, it gets harder but way more interesting. I did mine in math, and tried to go as fast as possible so I was on campus 10-12 hours a day for 2 years. Fortunately there was at least one place on campus that sold beer, which made my afternoon classes easier to sit through!
