Well, only time to be worried is if you're using "The Source" or something equally as hot. Also, adding Peanut Butter or Cream Cheese will cut the spice dramatically.

I don't use hot sauces like that anymore because, while they are neat, they taste nasty. I don't like habanero sauces. I like cayenne pepper sauces. Franks Xtra Hot is the best.

@falkenjeff True, the taste isn't great but I only use stuff like this just to add heat to chili. I like cayenne but when it comes to flavor jalapeno is my favorite. :3
