At long, long, loooooooooooooong last I have FINALLY found a Limiter.
After many futile Girtablulu hunts, I started doing Astark hunts with Christina, and today on our third(?) run I found one. This has probably been the hardest thing to find out out of anything I've hunted, not counting uber stuff like Psycho Wand. Now comes the incredibly boring process of unsealing the damn thing. On a related note, is there anybody there I can pay a reasonable amount of PDs to unseal it for me? >.<
