    Lee's EXE patcher is only useful for changing the bound IP of the EXE as well as some smaller things.

    Changing those values all probably not only need hex editing of the client (Or the creation of a custom DLL to do it for you) but also need changes to the server's code to avoid desync and other bad things.

    What you are talking about is probably way more work than anyone in the PSO community currently has time for, but you are welcome to try yourself.

    I want to change source code in PSOBB game client. I have the "Lee's PSOBB EXE patcher". Does it exist others?

    I want to activate slow trap in normal mode. Is it impossible..?

    Most likely, yes. There probably isn't any logic to make enemies slow in the first place as slow is a status effect that only players experience.

    Sorry for not explaining enough.

    Other element change reflect in-game.
    Example: Havoc, Blizzard and Arrest series etc...

    So I thought that exists damage logic for Burning and Storm element in client side.

    And in that case, I thought that this change is impossible.

    Oh yeah, you can do this. I don't know where exactly it is in the file. I have an editor made by Tofu man which lets you change the special and how strong it is... http://files.pioneer2.net/pmtedit.PNG But this tool isn't public. I don't know if your editor shows this same table..?
